Disclaimer:

Basic Norms

1. Reservation for car hire will be accepted on email only. Reservations must be made minimum 6 hours before a duty and cancelled (if required) minimum 4 hour before a duty. Associates Reservation must be made minimum 48 hours before duty and cancelled (if required) minimum 24 hours before duty.

2. The opening & closing kilometres and hours will be charged & calculated from Garage to Garage

3. For Out Station Use 250/300/400 (Subject to Rental location) Min Kms Are Payable, Day Means Calendar Day.

4. Beyond City Limits (50 Kms) will be charged for minimum kms of 250/300/400 (Subject to Rental location) per calendar day @ per km rate mentioned in the above rate chart or agreed at the time of booking, Outstation charges/Driver allowance for chauffeur and Night Halt charges will be applicable as per the rates mentioned in the above rate chart or agreed at the time of booking.

5. For Local Use In case the car usage exceeds 20 mins, Or 5 th Hr Or 50 Km of the booked package, 8hrs 80kms or next package will be applicable.

6. Conveyance Charges will be charged as an allowance to chauffeurs for the local & Out Station duties performed beyond 22.00 hrs & before 06.00hrs respectively.

7. Toll, Taxes, Parking, Interstate taxes or any other tax introduced by the Govt. of India would be charged on actual or agreed at the time of booking

8. GST will be levied on the Gross amount of the Invoice as per the GST Act. Would be levied for cars used in those respective states applicable.

9. All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing. No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user.

10. The company reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without any notice with the hike of Fuel Rates and other expenses related to the vehicle.

11. Fuel Price escalation: The rates mentioned here are subject to automatic revision of 5.00 % for every increase/decrease in the fuel price beyond 5% from the existing rate (While booking the cars)

12. The charges are inclusive of chauffeur, fuel, insurance for passengers, chauffeur and all third party liability.

The firm shall not responsible for any delay or any in convince during journey due to breakdown of vehicle, & theft of goods of property of passengers, other reasons beyond our control. All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurances.

13. The loss or damage done by the Passengers to the vehicle during the journey as the upholstery, seats window glasses etc are payable by team leader or who has chartered the vehicle shall be responsible, all defects and in convinces should be brought to the notice of the firm be liable for any loss or damage.

14. Tourists are strictly to adhere to their scheduled program and no account the driver on force asked to go on speed beyond normal speed allowed by the Indian motor vehicles act or take any deviations. The Vehicles shall be used for carrying passengers only and shall not be put into any other commercial use or any transportation of materials. Smoking & liquor, explosives of any sort are prohibited in the vehicle as per the Indian motor vehicles act.

15. 50 % of total hire charges will have to be paid as advance while placing order the Passengers are strictly requested to settle contracted amount before they leave on the journey.

16. All bookings will be honoured subject to availability of the car models, In case of cars requested that are not included in the specified rate list, then the rates charged will be the rates as mutually agreed (in writing) for that transaction(s).

17. In case of a No Show (In the unlikely event the car leaving garage and subsequently the booking is cancelled or the services are not availed), the customer will be billed as per the rates applicable against the 4hrs/40kms (Minimum) Package. The guest or booking coordinator has to coordinate with the JSTT, in case the chauffeur is not located at the reporting address. If the guest cannot locate the chauffeur and the guest makes on alternative transport arrangement without first contacting our Office the duty will be considered as a “No show” and will be charged based on the above mentioned tariff.

18. All disputes and difference that may arise out of this contract between the parties shall be resolved through arbitration of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Managing Director of JSTT. The courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of this agreement.

19. At the time of Cab reported, customers are requested to produce any one id-proof.
