Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your booking within 72 Hours without any cancellation fee without giving any reason for doing so.

The Refund Policy for cancelling an order before 48 hrs will incur a 20% cancellation fee , before 24 hours 10% and within 24 hrs no Cancellation fee.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 3 working days from the day on which we receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
