Terms and Conditions

    1. Time and Kilometers wil be calculated from JST OFF Addressed above basis and . bills will be made accordingly.
    2. For outstation trips 250 minimum Kms are payable, billing is done as per . calendar day basis.
    3. For local use exceed of 6th hour or 60th km, full day will be calculated i.e.8hrs 80kms.
    4. Payment have to be made as agreed.
    5. Extra Driver Bata will be calculated after 22 hrs and before 6 hrs.
    6. All toll entrance fee and parking charges will be charged separately.
    7. 4.12% servive tax will be charged upon the gross bill amount.
    8. All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing.No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user
    9. The company reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without any notice with the hike of fuel rates and road taxes.
    10. Disputes if any shall be subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
    11. At the time of cab reporting, customers are requested to produce any one address / id-proof.
    12. The firm shall not responsible for any delay or any inconvince during journey due to breakdown/accident of vehicle, & theft of goods of property of passengers, other reasons beyond our control. All vehicles are covered by comphrehensive insurances.
    13. The loss or damage done by the tourists to the vehicle during the journey as the upholstery, seats window galsses etc are payable by team leader or who has chartered the vehicle shall be responsible, all defects and in convinces should be brought to the notice of the firm be liable for any loss or damage.
    14. Tourists are strictly to adhere to their scheduled program and no account the driver on force asked to go on speed beyond normal speed allowed by the Indian motor vehicles act or take any deviations.
    15. 50% of total hire charges will have to be paid as advance while placing order the tourists are strictly requested to settle contracted amount before they leave on the journey.
    16. Smoking & liquor, explosives of any sort are prohibited in the vehicle as per the Indian motor vehicles act.
