Terms & Conditions

1. Times and Kilometers will be calculated From JST OFF Addressed above basis and bills will be made accordingly.
2. For outstation trips, billing is done as per calendar day basis.
3. For local use exceed of 6th hour or 60th km, full day will be calculated i.e.8hrs 80kms.
4. Bookings have to be given at least 2 hours in advance.
5. Payments have to be made as agreed.
6. Extra Driver Bata will be calculated after 22 hrs & before 6 hrs.
7. All toll entrance fees and parking charges will be charged separately.
8. 10.3% Service Tax will be charged.
9. All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing.
10. No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user.
11. The customer is expected to sign and correctly fill the duty slip and hand it over to the chauffeur.
12. The company reserves the right to change the Tariff at any time without any notice.
13. The tariff are applicable considering the present fuel rates ( Diesel-37.01, Petrol-50.66) Insurance, taxes,etc.
14. At present, we only provide chauffeur driven cars.
15. The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.
16. Disputes if any shall be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
17. The ID card will be required during journey.One of the passenger booked online should have any of the five identity cards(Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving Licence / Photo ID Card of Central / State Government issued to their employees) during journey in original.
